This page explains what information GRAPick.LK ("we", "us") collects from visitors to www.grapick.lk, how it's used, and which outside services this site relies on. If anything here isn't clear, contact us at grapick.online@gmail.com.
We don't run user accounts, and this site doesn't have a checkout or payment form. The main way visitors share information with us is by choosing to message us — for example, tapping an "Order via WhatsApp" button, sending an email, or messaging us on Fiverr or social media. In those cases, we only see what you choose to send us (such as your name, contact details, and project brief).
Like most websites, pages on this site may set small files called cookies in your browser, mainly through the third-party services listed below. These are used for things like remembering display preferences, measuring traffic, and showing relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so may affect how some parts of the site display.
This site does not process or store any payment or card information. When a project is confirmed, payment is arranged directly through Payoneer's own payment request system, sent to your email by Payoneer — GRAPick.LK never sees or stores your card or bank details.
We don't sell personal information to third parties.
This site is intended for business visitors and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
